My computer is telling me i have no driver or hardware for my webcam

i have a HP pavillionwith YouCam installed on the laptop in order to be able to use the webcam, however my computer says that my computer has not got the driver or hardware to run it. I recently had my laptop wiped of everything as it had a virus and i know this is the reason for the webcam being unable to be used but i have no clue what to do as i am only 16 and am not overly experienced with laptops.

i suggest you look on hp for the internal web cam driver using the model and os you have on that laptop and remove you cam .
