The room temperature is about 25c, and the CPU temp is 20c, I know this is not possible, and I think that the sensor is damaged, but, then I "unlock" the CPU in the bios, the CPU temp raise to near 40c when I'm not doing anything.

My CPU is the Phenom II X4 840 (3.2ghz x 4), the cooler is the cooler master hyper tx3 with two fans, I used speccy and core temp to see the temperatures.

When I "unlock" the CPU, I dont gain any core, not L3, and not GHz either.

I started to think that the dagamed sensor actually start to work with the unlock, is this possible?

Sorry for my bad english.

The sensor or the program you are using is wrong. Also, there is nothing to unlock on a PhII 840. The 840 is just a rebadged Athlon II with a higher clock speed.
