Hi i just bought refurbish CPU m91p i5-2400 3.1ghz turbo with msi geforce gt710 2gb ddr3. 500gb hdd. How gtav will perform with this spec? And which games will running smooth medium-high setting with this spec?

Poorly. Lucky if it's playable on low.
The Gt 710 is meant to be a basic display adapter in an office rig or grandmas interwebs navigator machine, it's not meant o play games especially not AAA games. The last few generations of igpus can shame a GT 710.
