My dedicated graphics donot work

i am using dell inspiron 7520 with 2gb ddr3 graphics.
my drivers are correctly installed
but when i open gta 4 the graphics they show that i have are 13oo mb which are my integrated ones.. i want to switch to dedicated graphics to get more performance

Go into the BIOS and look for an option of which graphics device to init first, and choose pci/pci-e.

but i dont know where the setting is i have gone to bios and there was no such setting directly..
i habe boot setting tab, an advanced setting tab, a security tab and a main tab but i didn't found the setting i needed.
name of my bios is something h20

It might help if you could post pictures of your bios screens/tabs (following whatever normal procedure Toms like people to follow) so people can see what you are looking at.
