This is often due to a failing hard drive. You can try running a Windows setup clean on your existing drive to see if it's a software issue, try a factory restore, replace the drive and install Windows clean on that. If you need to copy your files if you don't have them saved anywhere, you can remove the drive and use an external enclosure to read it on another system.
