Solution Ralston18 Dec 1, 2018 Open Device Manager and go to Network adapters. Try the built-in Windows troubleshooters. They may be able to find and fix something. Check to see if the wireless adapter is enabled. If not do so. Ensure that no other adapters (e.g., wired) are enabled.
