My dell windows 10 laptop is connected to wifi but not loading the internet

Iam using a dell laptop with windows 10 os . It connects to wifi but the browser doesnot load the internet.what could be the problem?

if you mean it refuses to load pages, the first things I would check are the system date and time (inaccurate settings will cause browser
to reject pages). then I would check internet options on the security tab (assuming this still exists on win10) and make sure your
security settings are not blocking everything.
