hello can someone help me my droid bionic is stuck on the second red circle and it stays there any help would be greatful thank you mindy

Use the 98.72.22 JB one because I can't give a turd about which version you're using. By the way, it'll wipe everything on your phone. This is just if you don't want to try and root it, if not then get on XDA.
