My emails on normal haven't updated since 30 December. On my Toshiba laptop how do I update

Toshiba laptop.hotmail emails do not update.

You would need to go into the hotmail program and check to make sure the updating wasn't turned off. There also may be updates to the program that are needed.

Have you checked to make sure your account wasn't canceled or flagged for some reason? That would cause that as well.

It is probably best to contact hotmail about the issue and see if they have answers or a resolution.
