My exp gdc won't show up in device manager

I shut down the laptop (ASUS) and plug in the exp gdc i turn on the laptop and it dosen't work plz help

You may want to provide a bit more info here, what model laptop? Did this work before? What exactly are you using and how is everything powered? Did you contact support for this external video card device already?
