My galaxy s6 is still stuck in safe mode after I deleted the apps and checked the volume down is okay

It is stuck in safe mode. I tried everything include checking the volume down( when it is fine) and deleted apps

When you say "volume down" are you saying you did a factory reset on it, and it still won't boot? Contact the carrier you got the phone from for support, may need to be replaced.

That is what i did but wasn't sure if it was good idea
