My game lags whenever i use my browser (any browser)

So ive been experiencing problems with my game (rocket league) and it is the only game affected by this. i go to search something on google or any other browser after im done i wanna play my game, so i go into the game and my fps gos from 90 to 20 or even 5. i checked task manager to see if google was in the background but its not, the only way i can fix the lag is by restarting my computer. note: i tried restarting steam that wont work.

try reinstalling browser.
