my google server is not working

I've been tried several times to enter into my google account but it is not working, so I opt to open new account too the same thing happened by saying "Google server error "due to that I can't even assess Facebook on my handset let alone downloading whatsapp so I would like you to to help me solve this problem that am facing right now

Are you sure your internet access is working okay? Can you reach other websites, send emails etc?
