Solved! my headset plays videos through my mic

everytime i play a game with a friend they can hear everything that the game tells me or if i am watching a video they can hear the video i wish to fix this

disable the ingame audio in the game or discord or what you are using
eventually deactivate stereomix in windows sound recording devices
