my HP 15 laptop is not powering up..

Thank your for help...my HP 15 laptop is not powering up...last year i had the same problem with the same model....but i bought it again six months ago...it was working fine but one months ago it failed to turn on and showed me blinking white light beside the charge indicating lead and i was able to turn it on by trying to charge it even though it was not charging and it displayed a message telling me that your battery is very low and need to be replaced and i replaced it and it's charging and no more blinking white lead light but not powering up only the wi-fi indicator lead is solid amber and hard disk indicator light is also solid amber, please help me i cannot buy again!!

You can look up the light codes on the HP support site, it will tell you what the issue is. Often it's a bad motherboard, but bad RAM, bad CPU and at times a bad hard drive or keyboard can keep the system from starting. Did you get the system used? Any warranty on it?
