my hp 655 led screen doesn't have backlight how do i fix it

My hp 655 backlight doesn't come up after changing the led cable but when i shine a touch at the screen i still see pictures how do i fix it?

After changing the LED cable, that means you did not change the cable properly or issue is not with the cable. Try replacing the full backlight hardware or the full screen.
