MY hyperx cloud 2 mic doesnt work!

see i got this headset for like 2 months and the mic still doesnt work.
i need to use a camera to use like a mic but its not that good.
please get a answer.

The Cloud II is USB driven. Does the mic/headset work when plugged to your phone? If it's connected standalone to the front panel I/O ports then you're going to need a splitter like this:

Which leads me to ask, how have you connected the headset to your sound source?

I have the same problem, and my Headset is connected via USB
On my phone the Mic works but on my PC i got the same 0.0DB problem!

It could be the jack port on the dongle. The dongle on your phone is fine and so it works I would guess?

Try pulling the jack out slightly from the dongle and test the mic. Do it in small increments to see if it works?

I have mine out about 1 - 2mm and it seems to work.
