My jbl has no base, can I fix it?

Portable Bluetooth jbl speakers has sound but has lost the base am I able to fix it?

Trusting that you had the bass before - probably yes.

Look for a connection/cable problem.

Or possibly some update or other change to your drivers or other related audio setttings.

Try the speakers on another system or sound source. See if the problem (loss of bass) follows the speakers.

If so, there may be a problem within the speakers.
