Solved! my keyboard misses certain keys when i type

my keyboard was having this problem of becoming very slow and unresponsive only while gaming. so i searched in the internet and it told me to update the bios. i did update my bios to the latest version. now its even worse, it became slow and skips some keys even when norly using. its not completely gone. but now and then it does it. i tried it with other computers and its working fine. something wrong with my windows

my keyboard is dell km117 wireless keyboard and mouse combo. the mouse is working completely fine.

Did you try new batteries? Also try to move the wireless receiver to other ports or use a USB extender cable.
