Solution
Hi,

Here's something that might help in fixing that issue with your laptop.
- Turn it off completely, press and hold the F8 button or Shift+ F8 while turning it on. (Do not wait for anything to appear on your screen to press on F8)
- Once Advance Startup Screen select Choose an Option and click on Troubleshoot
- Select Advanced Options and on the next window click on Startup Settings and from there choose Enable Safe Mode.
- Once it loads into Safe Mode go to Control Panel then Programs and Features
- click on View Installed Updates on the left pane
- You'll need to uninstall all the recent updates that has been installed.
- Once done reboot your laptop and it should to your normal screen.
