My laptop cant detect my wifi!

When I try to run my internet, my computer wont detect my home's wifi or others! My laptop dosent have and Ethernet cable port and this wasnt a problem until it started to fail. It wont even show up it just "unable to detect conections" when in my other devices shows perfectly the wifi. Please

Your WiFi card could be the problem. You may want to try getting an external WiFi card and see if that will fix the issue.
