Hello.
I have ASUS X550LN-DB71 for 2 years now, for a while my laptop used to randomly freeze for a second or 2 and continues to operate but yesterday it froze completely, i am using windows 10, a message popped up with an error titled Critical-Process-Died, I restarted it but my laptop was very slow and crashing then it froze again with the same message, I tried to restart it but all it showed is the setup utility that blue screen where there are the boot options no matter how many times i restart it now it just go to the setup utility window, when i tried to launch CSM it showed this message(insert a disk drive...etc), I did not find my hard disk in the boot options at all, I connected my hard disk to my PC to make sure its working since there is an important data on it and i found the drive and copied the data, so what is wrong with the laptop exactly?
