My laptop doesnt turn on without connecting to charger. But when it is turned on with charger connected and then charger removed then battery works normally and there is no issue with the battery. why it does not start without a charger?

it seems that the battery need a jump start to get the laptop to turn old.how old is the laptop btw?

I have a same problem with him/her . My laptop is near to 3 years
