Doesn't have a power button really? I suggest consulting the manual. If you told us the brand/model of said laptop maybe we could had look it up for you, but nope, you provided near zero information.

This actually made me laugh so hard. Check the manual or google the name of the laptop and look on youtube for a review or something similar where they turn on the laptop. As a last resort go back to where you bought it from and ask or telephone customer support.
