Solved! My laptop dont work after BIOS Upgrade

Hi
My laptop is an ASUS N61JQ . I.ve ugraded its bios for several times with no problem ... but this time when I updated my BIOS software and it turned off when I pressed the pwer key I see nothing and its pwer light just became on and the fan sounds.. but nothing on my screen ...
can anybody help me?
