My laptop got shutdown automatically when i install windows 7. when it restarted

I tried to install windows 7 ultimate using a windows 7 bootable CD. The installation process starts good.. it installs 95% good after that the laptop got hang up and shutdown automatically. when it got restarted. The installation process doesn't continue & doesn't enter the boot process. It simply displays setup is starting & displays error message . This error has occured and it asked me to restart the installation process. But when i tried it doesn't continue. Please suggest me to sort out this issue.

No its not genuine OS. but i think genuine is not an issue.
