My laptop has changed colors when I use the internet. The background is black instead of white and I needed to go back to Whit

How can I get my computer screen to go back to White? I go onto the internet and the background is black and it's not just hard to read the screen but I can't do my work the right way because it won't show the correct punctuation. Please help

Which operating system?
If it's Windows try R-clicking on an empty part of the screen and going to display properties and changing the color.

You might have change the default background color, which browser? which OS?
