My laptop is extremely slow, I don't know how to else to improve it, any suggestions?

This is my laptop: Toshiba Radius 14 AMD (E45DW-C4210)

It just a simple laptop for everyday tasks, nothing special so I know it's not a fast computer but still. This laptop has gone to a snail crawl. Using the keyboard even lags, takes extremely long to boot up, etc.

Besides using CCleaner I dont how to improve my laptop performance? I've did several clean installs on Win10. Any suggestions?

Disable xbox dvr
Disable auto update for windows apps
Use lightweight antivirus software
Disable windows affects
Use a static screensaver
