My laptop is fully charged and when I remove the charger it turns off. What's the solution?

My laptop is 100% charged and when the charger is removed it turns off. I already changed the battery thrice. Also, it won't turn on without the charger plugged in. What should I do??

I changed it THRICE. It can hold charge but turns off without any warning right when I'm doing something.I could see a drop in its performance too. Also, few days ago I changed the power settings to "best performance". Does this have anything to do with the battery problem??
