My Laptop is not turning on!

Hi everybody,
I was using my laptop, last night, and i turned it off to go to sleep, next morning (today) i turned it on, the laptop wouldnt turn on, i connected it to power cable, no lights, nothing comes on. This problem came before and i contacted Acer, they took it to their repair shop and gave it back. They said the laptop is working now with the charger cable i had, so theres not problem with the cable. They said the problem is unknown and that same problem is back again. Anybody know the fix for this? The laptop model is Acer Aspire ES1-511 Intel N2830 Dual Core 4GB 500GB 15.6 Windows 8 HD Laptop.

i dont have warranty on it.

could there be a problem with the battery or motherboard? the laptop has internal battery.

Is there something wrong with the power jack or battery?

There is nothing wrong with the charger cable or the power jack, i think the problem might be with the battery, but when the laptop is connected to the charger cable, shouldnt it work without the battery? thanks.

It should. Not sure why it is not working though.

Hi, did you try an hard reset, if you have a similar laptop, push the reset for the battery under the laptop. Hope this helps.
