Solved! My laptop is not working at all

I have a Toshiba laptop and when I turn it on its has a black screen and does two quiet beeps and it does nothing else. The charging light and battery light is still on. Please helet ASAP

2 beeps usually means a problem with your RAM. you can try opening the back of your laptop and reseating them properly. and try to boot again.
