My laptop is stuck on reset this pc and it won’t move what do I do?

I tried to reset my windows 10 laptop and it got stuck on the reset this pc screen.

Something went wrong with the reset and it seems like you need to boot from windows 10 and reinstall.

Turn off, unplug, then remove the battery if you can.
