Question My laptop is working fine with an external monitor but the internal display does not

My laptop is working fine with an external monitor but the internal display does not.
The display works fine in safe mode but when I boot up into normal mode it only lights up and stays like this.
The hardware works fine as I am able to use the laptop but with an external monitor
I have a dell XPS 13 (9350, Late 2015)
Please someone help me fix it , I m also up to date with the displays drivers

It sounds like a driver or software issue. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the display drivers in normal mode. If that doesn't work, consider rolling back to a previous driver version.

I did and if I roll back to previous driver version it uses some drivers from 2006
