My Laptop problem

My laptop has been consistently dying off everytime i tried to copy/install a file or watching videos online but when i play games it doesn't and once a while it will `crash` like the picture shown that requires a forced shutdown

Could be a lot of reasons here, first need to list brand and model of the thing and what you tried already if anything. Did you check to make sure it's not overheating, clean out the system, apply new thermal paste to the heatsink? Try a clean Windows setup after backing up your files?
