Solved! My laptop startup wont repair

When I try to start up my Gateway laptop (Windows Vista), Windows fails to start. My PC says that it has to do with a recent hardware change or software change. I tried launching the Startup Repair but that also fails. My Pc won't enter safemode either.. Is there anything I can do to get past my startup screen?

Do you have a bootable CD you can try?

No. My CD Drive stopped working, so I cant try any discs.

You can try and see if a bootable USB thumb drive will do the trick.
