Hi,

I would suggest not to use your laptop and instead send it out for a repair already if it's still under the factory warranty. If you want to do some troubleshooting steps here are some.
- Start by removing the battery and unplug its AC adapter then press and hold the power button for 20 seconds then boot it up after.
- If does the same thing remove its battery and boot it up with just its AC adapter then test it again.
- Do also test your AC adapter if its supplying the correct voltage or try a different AC adapter and see if the same problem will persist or not.
- If all these will not work last option would be to send a repair if it's still under the factory warranty.
