My laptop was leggy so I sign out control alt delete and it's loading for 2 hours

I meant my laptop was very laggy so I did sign out and I pressed control alt delete and it's stuck just loading the circles windows 10 btw

hold the power button to force shut down. wait a few minutes and start it up again

do you have good backup of your file? it might be your hdd is failing.
