I tried to reset my laptop the other day, I chose to remove all of my files (the longer option), after three to four hours it reached 13 percent and came up with a message error, it came up with several options I chose to go back to my desktop and stop resetting my laptop, when booting up it comes up with the Asus logo and then black, and then the Asus logo again. Please help it won't boot (my model is an Asus X555L)

are you running Win 10?

If so, on another PC, download this and create a win 10 installer on USB or DVD

win 10 media creation tool

Since you chose a full reset the ideal answer is a fresh install.
change boot order so USB or DVD first
follow this: http://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/1950-windows-10-clean-install.html

when you get to screen asking for a licence key, click "I don't have one" and Win 10 will activate itself on install

Of course, if you don't have win 10, none of that will help :)
