My laptop wont start

Icant use my laptop right now, yesterday i can turn it on just fine. Then this morning my laptop wont turn on after bios.
Theres only black in my monitor, after waiting for about 10minutes or so it comes back to bios, this happend all over again

i need help fast

Do you have a bootable media(DVD/USB)? if so than try to repair startup option.
