My laptop won't turn on

I woke up today and noticed that my laptop would not switch on. I then left it for an hour on the charger and came back to use it, assuming that it was functioning. I tried switching it on but nothing happened. The only thing that is happening is that when I plug it in, the light that indicates that my laptop is on, is charging or needs to be charged is on. When I unplug the charger, the light goes off. I have one of the newer Lenovo touchscreen laptops which does not have a removable battery so that option is out of the question. Any solutions? ASAP please!

Hi,

Do a hard reset with it, remove the battery and AC adapter then press and hold the power button for 20 seconds. Put just the AC adapter in and see if it power on. If it does you may need to change the Power Option of your laptop since it may be going into a Hibernate mode and the HDD is turning off as well.
