my lenova g560 won't boot up.

I am running windows 8.1. Two days ago, my laptop would not shut down. After the standard Ctl-Alt-Delete, would not work, I finally pulled the plug and battery, waited and tried to reboot. it will not boot up completely now. I get an error message "reset your computer"

If it's in warranty, contact Lenovo for support, could be a bad hard drive or corrupt file. You can do a system restore and see if that helps, but you'll need to copy your files back in from a backup since that will wipe the computer.
