My lenovo not open.its showing black screen and arow I cannot find the solutions plz help me out of this situation. Thanks

Hi,

Please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help in fixing that issue.
- Press CTRL+ATL+DEL and select Task Manager.
- Click File then New Task.
- Type "explorer.exe" and press OK.
- If it brings up your desktop screen open Task Manager once again and click on Startup tab.
- Disable all your startup items then reboot your PC.
