So you want to turn your phone into a WiFi hotspot sharing it's data connection wirelessly, or connect it using USB to your laptop or something and share the data connection that way?

If so, then go into the settings of your phone, then go to wireless and networks, then go to the "more" option. From there you should see an option for hotspot and tethering where you can customize the settings for it.
