My Lenovo ideapad wont turn on. I have only used it once. When charger is plugged in it beeps but no lights. Hit the novo but

If it is brand new, only used once, I would either return it to the place you bought it and have them exchange it for a working one, or if past that exchange date, contact the manufacturer about a repair/replacement. No new device should give you any problems.
