my lenovo lap cannot be charged when I plugged in

After some months, I opened my lenovo lap.when I plugged my lap, it couldn't charged in. But it shows in display screen of monitor "0% available when plugged but not charging". Wht is reason. I don't know. I removed battery and replace again but no change. When I plugged , my lap is working but when I plugged off the lap is automatically off. What to do.can anyone reply plZ

Batteries do not last forever; most likely you need a new battery.

After some months

If it's only a few months old it should still still be under some sort of warranty (depending on what, if any, warranty there was originally)... I would send it in to Lenovo to get it repaired. Batteries do wear out and fail to hold a charge but it takes a lot longer than a few months for this to happen
