Question My lenovo tablet stuck on the logo screen

I have a Lenovo tab 7 essential and i didn't use it about 1-2 years. Now I want to use it and it's stuck on the logo screen for hours. The battery is about 60%. I do the factory reset but it don't work. Please help me.

Could it be that the CMOS battery needs replacing?
