Solved! my LG home theater keeps shutting down

Hi, i have a LG home theater and the problem is after every 10~20 min it turned off

Turn off all green/power saving features.

i couldn’t find any thing related to power save, i had tried several ways but still

any ideas? also i want to add that if i play PS4 it works fine but when i switch to chanels does not work

Could it be overheating? If it has a fan make sure that it's not clogged or obstructed.
If you lower the volume does it keep playing? You could be playing it louder than it can.
If there is a problem with one of the speakers or the speaker wire that could cause the unit to shut down. Disconnect one speaker at a time and see what happens.
