my LG wont turn on even tho its fullly charged

its fully charged and wont turn on and it got wet and has cracks on it so idk if its because the water got in the cracks but it just turns on the straight off

remove battery, disassemble it, clean it with isoproyl alcohol or similar, reassemble it and try again. If this won´t help, you need a new phone
