My little brother bought a game and is unable to download it.Help please

He just got a Samsung chromebook 3 and bought a game and it wont let him download it.

chromebooks cant run PC games out of the box, only web based games. there are ways around it if your technical, but they are not designed to do this. also, they have much less processing power than windows pc, so you can expect a below mediocre gaming experience.
