Question My metro pcs phone was hacked and number stolen

Its now been a month or more. I paid my bill in March and never got to use my phone, they locked me out of it I'm just trying to reclaim my number and my SIM card is locked because they were on the phone the same time as me and put a bunch of codes in so it would get locked. I just got all my email accounts back and I'm just trying to reclaim my life I run a business and I have to have this number back but I do need my sim unlocked, how do I go about doing that

I did. Went there 4 times and called 20 times. They told me the app is on my phone to unlock it and to download that and how am I supposed to do that when my screen says contact carrier for sim unlock. The only way I can use my phone at the moment is with Wi-Fi and taking the sim out

Only the cell service provider can help, they will need to disconnect your number from the current SIM's ICCID then connect it to a new SIM and ICCID
